A lifelong resident of Greenwich, Sue Frano is a veritable fund of information about the joys and gems of living and working in town, including an extensive knowledge of all the neighborhoods, from Byram to Old Greenwich.
She has been happily married to her husband, Mark, for over four decades, and as the mother of two graduates of Greenwich High School–and former class-mom and PTA president–Sue is knowledgeable about the many reasons Greenwich is an ideal place to establish roots, and perhaps raise a family.
Sue, a standout in the real estate industry, has been a professional in the field for 20+ years. Her exceptional performance has earned her the prestigious title of International President's Elite, placing her among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents globally. Her clients will insist, however, that she makes them feel like they are not just a number, and instead she works for them as though they are the newest members of her family. Sue's warmth, her consistency, and the speed with which she responds to client requests and questions ensures she is a pleasure to work with while also possessing the confidence to get the deal done.
Sue is a tireless advocate for her town, especially the neighborhood of Byram, where she is a member of both the Friends of Byram Park and the Byram Neighborhood Association. She also volunteers her time supporting Food Rescue US and Neighbor-to-Neighbor. Sue single-handedly developed a "Small Business Saturday" series, in which she highlights the local businesses that bring so much to the community of Greenwich, including diversity, heart, and soul.
In addition to her work, Sue and Mark have been Property Managers for over 30 years. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys swimming at the YWCA pool, and spending time on her boat, "Sue Sea Q II," on Long Island Sound with her friends and family.
